Add Support for the Nanoscan Beam Profiler

The basic structure for NanoScan seems to be implemented and ready for combination testing.

Known Issues:

Windows 7 Laptop did not allow loading of the DLL due to it being a network location
- don't know how to fix
- Workaround: Copy dlls to local drive and fall back to that
NanoScan only works on certain USB-Ports
- Cannot identify root cause
- Workaround: Try all USB-Ports until it works
