not getting file database.txt #1

Hello,

I am running your tool from the command line using the following command: perl RD-build.pl -m cas9 -i /data/genome.fa -g /data/genome_annotation.gff -o /data/sgRNA/genomes -l crispr_test -U 15 -D 3 -p 8

The output is as follows: crispr_test.annotation.index crispr_test.gene.index crispr_test.Log.txt crispr_test.Possible.sgRNA crispr_test.Potential.off.target crispr_test.Seqmap.result

However, I am not getting the file database.txt could you please help?

i think it has mistake in one step during the process
