Chromebook rendering branding bar oddly and bumping sf logo and other stuff #14

Here's a full screenshot of Politwoops on one of the Chromebook Pixel with the developer tools open: screenshot 2014-06-13 at 1 55 47 pm This type of error is happening on a bunch of sites, here's a list Louis, current Pixel user, put together of where it's obvious:

@jalbertbowden I wasn't able to replicate it, but I didn't have an android system to test it on.
