Link button to some Committees are broken #386

The link button on some Committee overview pages are not working.

Noticed on: House Committee on Appropriations House Committee on Armed Service House Committee on the Budget House Committee on Education and the Workforce Senate Committee on Appropriations etc

Doesn't seem to be a hitbox issue as I see the depressed color change on the link icon when I tap it.

Well, there is a hit area issue still going on (due to ios7 swipe-to-go-back behavior), but I'll look at the links themselves as well
