Update icons for iOS resolution, make sure iPad versions are available #422

See #421 for the iPad issue. One the new iPhone 6s, there is a new pixel density, so there is also now an @3x version for images. That means I'm missing 3 images I'd need for the app Icon-29@3x (aka 87x87), Icon-40@3x(aka 120x120) and Icon-60@3x (aka 180x180).

I am missing @3x versions of the simplified icon for settings and spotlight.

@cweber The following are the simplified icons needed:

[ ] Icon-simplified-29@3x (aka 87x87)
[ ] Icon-simplified-40@3x (aka 120x120)

I made the detailed version that is missing from the image above.
