Landing page for publishing each collected dataset and related code

I'd like to see a central place, at law.sunlightfoundation.com or the like, for us to publicize to the legal tech community. It should be the place they can see what we're publishing and what they can use.

It should contain:

• Our collections of crosswalk ("edge") data we've scraped/parsed from various sources - e.g. Table III, PATAR, Public Law <-> Bill
• Our collections of data synced from publishers, in either their original or cleaned-up form - e.g. Reginfo.gov, FederalRegister.gov, US Code, CFR.
• Links to the code responsible for creating each of the above
• A description of and link to Citation.js, invitation to contribute

It doesn't need to have an awesome design - the audience here is the definition of power users. Perhaps something with Skeleton.
