pdf not found errors after clicking on an ad which has advertiser as "Unknown" #119

This is common and results from TV station personnel erasing a file. Once a file is erased on the FCC's servers, it is no longer accessible. At one point we were checking for file deletions, but once it became clear that there were thousands it became less of a priority.
