Totals are busted now #89

Totals don't work. Is this a moderation thingy?

How do they not work? I can't think of a reason why moderation would have broken that.

No, moderation is fine! Actually, they do work--they are just totalling up ad spots not ad buys.

I changed it to show ad buys, so that clicking on a state page has some non-zero numbers.
