Tracked items view for publicly accessible profiles has poor language #151

The privacy settings allow the user to make their tracked items publicly accessible but the language in the views assumes the viewer is the owner of the profile. E.g. "About Me" and "My Political Notebook" even when the viewer is not logged in.
