I would actually just replace the Videos tab altogether, with a prominent link to their YouTube channel, if we have one.
Oh, and C-SPAN too. No need to restrict to one or the other -- YouTube is what the MoC is publishing, a mix of speeches, PR, whatever they want. C-SPAN is only the MoC's official speeches, but includes all speeches, not just the ones they're trying to convince you to see.
It looks like we are relying on a number of video sources that are no longer updated. The videos listed on a member's page are from Metavid and the Senate and House YouTube hubs. For example, the latest video for Sen. Ron Wyden is from September 26, 2013 and for Rep. Jason Chaffetz it's October 25, 2013.
We have access to the

via the united-states repo's legislators-social-media.yaml. There is also thecspan
ID is available on the legislators-current.yaml. These seem to me like better and more updated sources for video, any thoughts @dvogel and @konklone
