Don't allow users to send emails with only an HTML body #466

Perhaps do this type of detection and throw an error in front of the user so they can fix the message before we attempt and then fail to send it?

It's happening more and more: screen shot 2014-09-26 at 9 49 11 am

so we can't stop people from sending only the HTML body, but we can warn them! Closed in 57c279557f2339bc0dfd1a8f5a655ccfe4ff89cd.
