link for "official bill text" on S 7768 broken #514

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit https://scout.sunlightfoundation.com/item/state_bill/NYB00088565/s-7768-new-york-relates-to-the-procurement-and-use-of-open-source-initiative-approved-open-source-license-by-state-agencies
  2. Click "official bill text" link

This results in showing the same page again, but no full bill. Thanks!

I was able to find the full PDF on the New York State Senate site, however:
