See if OKFN's great system is going to work for us as-is, whether we're going to have to modify it, or whether we're going to have to use something else entirely. (The latter would be unfortunate, and I think is quite unlikely.)

A notable benefit of using Open Data Census is that this project is then part of a larger ecosystem on a standard platform.
