在ios8上启动app之后就报异常了 #7

直接弹框 显示 [ERROR] RegisterPush:
不能进入deviceready事件

我在ios采用了这个插件 https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugin-push，使用 azure.com 里面的通知中心做的推送

你是注册中国区的AZURE，还是海外的？

我用的是海外的，有免费的。 中国区的，注册都要一千块，而且这钱的有效期只有一年

azure的推送中心能接通百度的android的推送

你是否先翻墙再打开Azure海外站点，然后注册的？

@sunlu jpush在我们测试的时候表现的不好，推送到达率很低。所以没用。 @think6ares azure.com不需要翻墙，我选择的注册地区是香港，很容易就通过了，需要信用卡。
