General improvements #9

Reuse cover cache files across restarts.
Add properties to introspection.
Properties interface: Implement GetAll and Set methods.
Player interface: Implement Rate, Volume, various other properties. Implement Seek, SetPosition methods. Send change signals.
Metadata: Do not send "" for unknown tags. Make mpris:trackid spec-compliant.
Test with mpristester and fix noted issues.

Remaining:

Send a Seeked signal – needs an Exaile patch to add a "seek" event.
Maybe add Playlists and TrackList interfaces.

And actually I have little time on this project. Also I'm no longer a Ubuntu user. So I'm afraid I cannot maintain it well. As Exaile 0.3.3 is coming, there's more API changes to adapt. Would you like to take over this project totally?

The Linux distribution isn't very important – I have written these patches on Arch Linux, using mpristester and the MPRIS extension for GNOME 3. I've pushed the API fixes in #10, too.

I'm not sure I could take over this project, as I don't use Exaile myself – I probably wouldn't even notice when API changes happened... Exaile developers are planning for MPRISv2 support, though, so maybe they could adopt this plugin.

It's good to hear that they are adding MPRIS 2 officially. Then this project will finally be retired totally.
