Remove support for 1.3 #21

hyper doesn't support it anymore since they want to have timeouts for keep-alive connections, so we have no choice.

By the way, @untitaker would you like to join the development of handlebars libraries (core, iron middleware and maybe more in future)?. I'm thinking of an organization for these libraries.

Creating an organization makes sense although I don't really want to promise long-term (or regular) commitment to this project.
