Suggestion: Allow specify subfolder(s)

For organizing, subfolders can be nested such as: animals/Dog_Model/[files]

How about creating categories similar to tagging instead of actual folders for organizing, allowing for easier management and search? Models can be nested in multiple categories.

That could be cool too, though the current A1111 UI just supports folders, but either way would work for me. Right now I'm having to manually go behind and put the downloads into folders.

@sunnyark is it possible to add setting to disable current model nesting? Or even add ability to specify custom path where to download models. I get it for organizing purpose, but at the same time it creates clutter in "Extra networks tabs" cause some models have way too long names

I had this type of organization before using this plugin and it looks much cleaner in Extra networks tabs

@BanditSan Downloading is just a download and has no direct relationship. You can move the files directly to the desired folder by clicking 'Open download folder' and moving to the folder directly. If you just run 'Upload -> Update Downloaded Model Information', the 'Open download folder' function will work normally because it rescans the location. However, the default folder for downloads is always the model name. I could allow changing the default model folder name when downloading, but in reality, it may be confusing, so we are concerned.

I was thinking about this kinda option more for convenience. Now i was doing exactly like you suggested, downloading manually and running Update Model Info after that.
