Design a new theme compatible with the mobile phone browser #9

I've noticed that current template did not work well in mobile phone browsers. It is recommended to design a new theme compatible with the mobile devices if time allowed.

Next version will consider this feature.

A little contribution was made, some of the position values have been changed to a propotion ones, in a sense, it will make you a bit comfortable when browsing with your mobile phone.
