Organize the Documentation for our application in Wiki #85

Check the requirements and the READMEs and see if there is anything we are missing in terms of documentation. We can email TA or go to the professor's office hour as well for clarification.

Move the Documentation from READMEs to Wiki https://github.com/sunnydl/GamePerformanceTracker/wiki. Separate them into Overall, Features, and API pages.

  1. Most stuff in the project root folder's README should be in Overall page.
  2. For Features page. make descriptions to the features such as Landing, Overview, Match History, and Leaderboard with screenshots provided.
  3. Most stuff in /backend/README.md should be in API page. And also include a link to Riot API page as well https://developer.riotgames.com/apis
