Keep a log of the top 5 high sores. Users can submit a name for the leaderboard if they rank on it. Max characters for the user name should be 10.

I'd like to work on this together. We did such a great job of adding a high score to python-hangman. This might be more complex but im looking forward to it adding a competitive element to the game
