GoogleEarth doesn't have a publicly available plugin interface. Getting 
information out of google earth and submitting it to web services is usually 
difficult resulting in a poor user interface. An API allowing developers to 
write extensions that define new menu options etc. would greatly increase the 
ease of integration.
