(old-number-91) A version of a LatLonBox and LatLonAltBox that specifies corners rather than sides and rotation for positioning #92

While it is possible to use the latitude and longitude boundaries with a
rotation to specify the position of a ground-overlay, it can be more convenient
to specify the latitude and longitude coordinates of each of the four corners
of an image.

to use trig to calculate the rotation or using a third-party program to
interface with GE.)
