How can I generate the .npz file? Is it from soundStream?

sorry, as mentioned in https://github.com/suno-ai/bark/issues/1 this is a step that can only be done on our side. This is intentional to block people from voice cloning sources without explicit permission and help mitigate risks of voice technologies.
