[FR] Add Support for Traditional Chinese Model #321

Would like to request the addition of support for a Traditional Chinese model in Bark. Currently, Bark supports various languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, and Simplified Chinese.

However, the support for Traditional Chinese is missing.

We appreciate your consideration and efforts in adding support for the Traditional Chinese model. If there are any questions or clarifications needed, please let us know.
