:ref:`blog-feed` points to 404 #291

Describe the bug

On multiple places in Ablog docs, there is used reference to blog-feed which should point to feed XML.

:ref:`blog-feed`

but it points to nowhere (404).

For example, in index.rst and manual/cross-referencing-blog-pages.rst documents.
