position of dialog is not dynamic

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. place the date text field at the bottom of a long form that requires 
scrolling down to get to it.
2. Click on the text field to call up the datepicker.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Date picker should appear somewhere that's viewable. Instead, it shows up only 
about 10 px from the top of the page, out of sight.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
