I'm not able to reproduce this. Can you please send the exact code you are
using?
Does the '#' sign appear after the page's URL? That could indicate a javascript
error somewhere...

Yes, the # does appear. The entire page is attached, but you will have to
change the link to your copy of mobiscroll. None of the other local css or js
files you see are needed.
Run in Chrome or Safari, scroll down to the Manufactured or Last Serviced
dates, then click Set in scroller.

The file works just fine for me, both in Safari and Chrome (latest versions).
However I could not load your script name wfm.js, could that contain some
scripts causing errors?
Do you see any error messages in the browser's console?

wfm.js has no errors, BUT I deleted it and refreshed and it fixed the issue!
wfm has a date routine to return current date formatted. Will use yours
instead.
