Model 703: Countdown Timer Value #165

I'm a little confused by the Enter Service timers. They all seem like setpoints to me. So how can I client query the timer for the current remaining time? Where is that reported? (It may be there, I just don't seem able to find it.)

Add optional point ESDlyRemTms that is the time remaining for the delay timer.
