I add a new configuration as shown, save it, close the tab, go to View / Command Pallet, SFTP: OpenFolder (or OpenFile) and the only option is to add a new config (which starts over, instead of editing the one I added). Typing in a folder or file name or "." or anything else just has zero effect.
