Ubuntu 18.04 - hotkeys don't work #6

Under Ubuntu 18.04 I can't get the hotkeys working. Pressing CTRL + ALT + 1 (2, 3, 4) is resulting in nothing. With my multi monitor setup I only have the chance to arrange the windows on the first monitor.

Sorry, the hot key only works on GNOME 3.34 and 3.36
