excanvas missing from downloads #2

the Excanvas library for IE compatibility is missing from the downloads. 
It instead must be accessed via the subversion repository.  You may want to
add it to a zip download or package it as a separate download independent
of the repository

This should be fixed with 0.2 where you get the whole package.
