[documentation] "Advanced features" page returns 404 #762

Please describe the documentation improvement you'd like to see.

http://netpyne.org/advanced.html is 404 currently

This page was moved under "User documentation" (last two subsections), but due to some cached data, it kept on reappearing in side menu. This is fixed now
