There is no master node in Qizmt Cluster。Qizmt commands may be executed on
any machine in the cluster。
I don‘t understand how dose it implement？Does that means every machine can
schedule tasks on which node？And how transmit data among nodes？
Actually, I want know the framework about the file system and the flow path
about a job。
