On vista x64 msi installer either crashes or cannot find accounts #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new account in control panel/user accounts
2. try to install qizmt using the MSI installer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installation continuing. Installation cannot find account and rolls back
install.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0alpha
