implement and test two story view

using the plugin illustrated at https://sq-twostories.tiddlyspot.com/ consider implementing as optional feature, such that the current corpus (the "current" collection of prompts and generated responses) stream is one one side and the human-generated or human-assembled stream on the other side (with the ability to flip both).

2story view not interacting well with sidebar and menubar?

fixed as a kludge at $:/_sq/Stories/Templates/StoryTogglePageControl by adding $:/tags/TopLeftBar as tag to make the twostories toggle visible. this is not a permanent fix.
