Bug in version checking #63

I just upgraded to 0.6.10 but I get a message that 0.6.9 is a newer version

LSP :: HDL Checker version 0.6.9 is out! (current version is 0.6.10)

Thanks for reporting, pretty sure I know what the problem is. Will release a new version so that doesn't annoy too much!
