Merging unstable back into master #34

Adding support for Python 2/3
Fixed some message parsing issues when messages had escaped quotes
Fixed VimhdlRebuildProject command
Added VimhdlPrintDependencies and VimhdlViewBuildSequence commands
Checking file type when running Vim commands to avoid errors and exceptions
