Updates the Changes documentation #35

The Changes file hadn't been updated since version 1.1! I looked through the past couple of releases and added some notes.

Someone more familiar with the project should go through and point out any significant changes that have happened since 1.1. I left a divider between 1.1 and 1.4.7 where I left off.

Thanks, merged. A bit of the problem is that the ncursesw package was built on the ncurses-ruby package which went unmaintained for a while, then I merged in the changes from there at some point. Anyway, there was a bit of double versioning going on for a while. I beleive the original ncurses-ruby project is dead now though.
