redesign: header

This is the first part of the redesign, focusing on moving the functionalities that were in the sidebar into the new header.

Remaining tasks:

• [ ] Bring your own LLM right sidebar
• [ ] MenuButton opens/closes a new left sidebar with just the databases links
• [ ] "Supabase Deploy" click triggering the deploy pipeline
• [ ] Download click triggering the download action
• [ ] Delete click triggering the delete action
