What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Feature

We can't access the in-browser PGlite instance from the outside.

We can now connect to the PGlite instance using any regular PostgreSQL client!

Demo:

[x] Wire Vercel staging environment, the proxy is deployed at *.browser.staging.db.build
[x] Rename "Share" to "Live connect" or "Connect"
[x] Add a message on top of the Database URL field to explain that the database is live shared and you need to keep your browser open
