Support Kotlin multiplatform #12

Proposal for Migrate to Kotlin Multiplatform with JVM, JS, iOS Targets. HTTP Client is Ktor with kotlinx.serialization.

Actually is fully tested with JVM Target.

Missing Update:

[ ] Add android support
[ ] Migrate from JCenter to Maven Central
[ ] Readme Update for new Library Specification
[ ] build.yml updates

Just a heads-up, as I don't really have time to maintain the library anyway. I'd suggest contacting Supabase and creating a new project like supabase-community/postgrest-kmm and releasing it separately.

When that is set up, we can archive this repository
