Adds an $action:predict:end event fired at the end of the predict handler, with:

durations for the steps that happen, along with the total, and the totals for the shape work ("old stuff") and the data generation work ("new stuff") respectively
whether or not user skipped
whether or not it came from init (instead of, e.g, from sync)
