What kind of change does this PR introduce?

There are a lot of requests for better docs for our Swift code. This is our pass at getting Storage documented.

What is the current behavior?

Ticket regarding the request on main supabase-swift repo

What is the new behavior?

We've documented what we believe are the critical pieces of business logic most apps will be interested in using

Additional context

We plan on making more docs in the coming days/weeks.
