What kind of change does this PR introduce?

docs update - This PR adds an MIT License to the project.

What is the current behavior?

There isn't a license in this repo, therefore no one is able to use any of the code for this Go client. This is described in issue #3 .

What is the new behavior?

The repo becomes legally useable by the community.

Additional context

For your repository to truly be open source, you'll need to license it so that others are free to use, change, and distribute the software. https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/licensing-a-repository#

So sorry, I didn't notice the PR. I updated the license and the simple README first. Thank you so much for your contribution.
