small spike on shadcn to remove custom elements. A few things remaining:

remove all custom UI where possible
fix the hero and make the layouts generally a lot better
move the /installer page into mkdocs. keep all docs separate from the website
some of the shadcn defaults aren't working - I'm guessing there are some legacy CSS/tailwind rules messing them up
