revert the pg-meta connection cache PR - will add them back once we're ready to load test it
fix set-returning functions' return_type - we want this to be whatever goes in the RETURNS clause, previously we just use pg_proc.prorettype which isn't correct for setof/table functions
add FE as codeowners
