Include date in log timestamps #18

currently logs look like: 02:11:23.876 [error] GenServer #PID<0.9788.0> terminating

Would be useful to change the timestamp to be datetime instead of just time

@awalias I was unable to apply though gitcoin, was getting some error related to configuration: Proposal for solution: Add $date in format section of config for this file - https://github.com/supabase/realtime/blob/master/server/config/config.exs
