Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Commented out destructive actions in SQL Editor on supabase.com yield a warning.

Learned of this behavior when I selected all and ran in a SQL Editor page which had some destructive lines commented out at the bottom.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior, please provide code snippets or a repository:

1. Go to 'SQL Editor' on Supabase Dashboard
2. Click on 'Write a destructive command to destroy something
3. Comment it out
4. Run

If above steps do not reproduce, maybe you need to create a function or something and then try and destroy it. I'm not sure if this error requires that thing to exist.

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

If commented out, destructive commands should not throw warnings.
