No etherpad link #5

There's no link to an etherpad for the class.

Additionally, I can't find a way to create an etherpad with a custom (read: user-friendly) URL to make the address easy to type, in case people end up manually typing it in.

Oops, sorry about that, I forgot to add those to the workshop page!

But you should be able to write a URL like https://etherpad.mozilla.org/my_great_etherpad and when you click on it for the first time it will ask if you want to create a new pad. So hopefully you can make a custom URL in that way for the workshop.
