Not Showing under Plugins in Plex #4

Is this still working with Plex 1.25.3.5409-7000? I have read that Plex has been disabling plugins, followed the readme and installed to the correct Plex dir however I do not see anything under the plugins menu inside Plex.

Plex never "disabled" plugins, they just stopped supporting them. Nothing will show in the Plugins section of Settings in Plex, but this still works.
